As a new or returning customer, you have three options to schedule an appointment:

New customers must complete a registration process, while returning customers require their ID and password for access. You can conveniently request information through our online platform. Technician ratings are provided to assist you in choosing the right professional for your lash needs. Our average time for online booking is less than 10 minutes for new customers and less than 5 minutes for returning customers.
2. Opting for an Online Appointment Request represents a cutting-edge alternative. After submitting your request, the system promptly sends a text message to your cell phone, including a copy of your request. Subsequently, one of our administrators will reach out to you via text to finalize and confirm your appointment. This streamlined process eliminates potential errors or confusion, ensuring seamless communication between both parties. Furthermore, we securely save your request in our database, eliminating any possibility of oversight, and guaranteeing that your request is acknowledged.
3. Opting to book your appointment via phone call remains a reliable and effective traditional method, well-supported by our experienced administrators.
Appointment Policy
For new, returning, and existing customers, a non-refundable $50 deposit is mandatory when booking the first FULL SET, Half-Set, or refill appointment. This deposit is credited toward the respective service. If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled with a 24-hour notice, you have the privilege of applying the $50 deposit to the next appointment. However, this policy does not extend to "no-shows," defined as appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Appointment Cancellation
It is essential to inform us of any appointment cancellations via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
The appointment policy applies irrespective of when the appointment is booked, even if it falls within the 24-hour required time window. If you are uncertain about your ability to adhere to the 24-hour window, kindly refrain from booking.
