Appointment Booking Process
There are 3 options to book an appointment as a new or returning customer:
1. Online Booking: This is the first and best option to choose because it gives you maximum flexibility, 24/7. New customers need to register and returning customers need to have ID and password. You can request the information online. You might consider checking into the Cost Calculator and Search Next Openings features before booking your appointment. The technicians' ratings are available for you to decide who will do your lashes. Our average time for online booking is less than 10 minutes for new customers and less than 5 minutes for our returning customers.
2. Online Appointment Request: An innovative way to request an appointment online, is the next best choice. Once your request is submitted, the system will send a text message to your cell phone with a copy of your request. One of our administrators will contact you by text and book your appointment. This process will eliminate any mistakes and or confusion by us and by you. In addition, we do save your request in our database, It is impossible for us to say something like I did not see your request.
3. Booking appointment by calling. The traditional way still works very well with our administrators.
Appointment Policy
For new, returning, and current customers, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking the first FULL SET, Half-Set, and refill appointment, which will be applied to the service. If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled 24 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to apply the $50 deposit towards the next appointment. However, this does not apply to "no-shows". No-show is defined as any appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. In another word, the deposit is forfeited in the event of a "no-show". You may cancel the appointment by calling or sending a text message to (832) 324-9961 or (281) 838-0126.
Appointment Cancellation
You are required to notify us cancellation of the appointment by phone or email 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.
Regardless of when the appt is booked and it could be booked within the 24-hour required time window, the appt policy will apply. If you are not sure that you can come within the 24-hour window, please do not book.
