Appointment Booking Process

 

There are 3 options to book an apptointment as a new or returning customers:

Online Booking is the first and best option to choose because it gives you the maximum flexibility, 24/7.  New customers need to register and returning customers need to have ID and PASSWORD.  You can request the information online.  You might consider to check into the Cost Calculator and Quick Search features before booking your appointment.  The technicians' ratings and work samples are available for you to decide who will do your lashes.  Our avarage time for online booking is less than 10 minutes for new customers and less than 5 mintes for our returning customers.

Online Appointment Request is the next best choice.  Once your request is submitted, the system will send a text message to your cell phone a copy of your request.  One of our adminstrators will contact you by text and book your appt.  This process will eliminate any mistake and or confusions by us and by you.  In addition, we do save your request in our database,  It is impossible for us to say something like I did not see your request.  

Booking appointment by calling.  The traditional way still works very well with our adminstrator.  

Appointment Policy

For new and current customers, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking the first FULL SET, Half-Set, and Reills for New Customers.  New customers will be required a $50 deposit for the first Refill appointment, which will be applied to the service.  The deposit can be paid by credit card or PayPal (our PayPal accoiunt is lashesbyann@yahoo.com).  If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to apply the $50 deposit towards the next appointment.  However, this does not apply to "no-show".  No-show is defined as any appointments are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.  In other words, the deposit is forfeited in the event of "no-show".  You may cancel the appointment by calling or sending a text message to (832) 324-9961 or (281) 838-0126.

Please note:  Regrdless of when the appt is booked and it could be booked within the 24 hour required time window, the appt policy will apply.  If you are not sure that you can come within the 24 hours window, please do not book.

Appointment Cancellation

You are required to notify us of cancellation of appointment by phone or email 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Failure to do so, you will be charged a reservation fee  that is equal to 50% of the service that was scheduled.

Credit Card on-file

You are required to provide a credit card and authorization at the initial registration.  In case you do not have a credit card, please contact us at (832) 324-9961 for Montrose and (281) 838-0126 for Galleria location.

Communication

Besides calling, our primary communication is text message, secondary is calling and email is last.  With regard to managing appointments, we focus on 3 steps:

    1.  After booking an appointment, we send you a text with a link for you to click on to 1. Approve, 2. Reschedule and 3. Cancel the appointment.

    2.  The system will automatically send a text message at 10:00 AM  2 days before the appointment to ask you to: 1. Confirm, 2. Reschedule and  3. Cancel your appointment.

    3.  On the same appointment date, the system will automatically send a text message at 9:00 AM to remind you of your appointmnet.
