Appointment Booking Process

Booking an appointment with us is a breeze, offering you three convenient options as a new or returning customer:

Online Booking: Optimal for maximum flexibility, our online booking system operates 24/7. New customers can register, and returning customers need their ID and PASSWORD. Request the necessary information online and explore features like the Cost Calculator and Quick Search before finalizing your appointment. Ratings and work samples of our technicians are available for your consideration. On average, online booking takes less than 10 minutes for new customers and less than 5 minutes for returning customers.


Online Appointment Request: Submit your appointment request online, and our system will send a confirmation text to your cell phone. One of our administrators will follow up with you via text to finalize your appointment. This method ensures accuracy, eliminates potential confusion, and securely saves your request in our database.


Booking by Calling:The traditional approach remains effective, and our administrators are ready to assist you over the phone.

Appointment Policy: For new and current customers, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required for the first FULL SET, Half-Set, and Refills. New customers also need a $50 deposit for the first Refill appointment, applicable to the service cost. Deposits can be paid by credit card or PayPal ( Rescheduling or canceling 24 hours before the appointment allows you to apply the deposit to the next appointment, excluding "no-shows." "No-shows" forfeit the deposit. Cancellations can be made by calling or texting (832) 324-9961 or (281) 838-0126.

Appointment Cancellation: Notify us 24 hours before the appointment by phone or email to avoid a reservation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Credit Card on-file: Provide credit card details at initial registration. If you don't have a credit card, contact us at (832) 324-9961 for Montrose or (281) 838-0126 for Galleria.

Communication: Our primary communication is via text message, followed by calling and email. Managing appointments involves three steps: 1. After booking, a text with a link allows you to approve, reschedule, or cancel. 2.Two days before the appointment, a text at 10:00 AM prompts confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation. 3. On the appointment date, a text at 9:00 AM serves as a reminder. Links in each text offer additional information, including parking updates, lash conditions, address details, and appointment policies.
